Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context expressly requires otherwise:

• "ra777" means the online gaming platform operated at ra777.bio and all associated subdomains, mobile interfaces, and affiliated services.
• "Player" / "User" means any individual who has registered an account on the ra777 platform or who accesses the platform in any capacity.
• "Account" means the registered player account created on the ra777 platform, associated with a unique Pakistani mobile number and CNIC-verified identity.
• "Balance" means the aggregate of real-money funds held in a Player's ra777 account wallet, denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR).
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, match bonuses, cashback amounts, or free-play credits awarded to a Player that are subject to wagering requirements prior to withdrawal.
• "Game" means any casino game, live dealer game, sports betting market, crash game, colour prediction game, or other entertainment product offered through the ra777 platform.
• "KYC" means the Know Your Customer identity verification process requiring submission of CNIC documentation and, where applicable, proof of payment method ownership.
• "Services" means the totality of gaming, betting, transactional, promotional, and support services provided by ra777 to registered Players.

Eligibility & Registration

2.1 Age Requirement. Use of the ra777 platform is strictly restricted to individuals who are twenty-one (21) years of age or older. This requirement is non-negotiable and is enforced through CNIC-based identity verification. By registering, you warrant and represent that you are at least 21 years of age. Any account found to be operated by or on behalf of a minor will be immediately closed, all winnings will be voided, and any deposited funds will be returned to the original payment source following investigation.

2.2 Geographic Eligibility. The ra777 platform is accessible to players located in jurisdictions where access to online gaming platforms is not expressly prohibited by applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to ascertain the legality of your use of ra777 in your jurisdiction before registering.

2.3 One Account Per Person. Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) registered account on the ra777 platform. Operating multiple accounts — whether under the same identity or different identities — constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

2.4 Registration Information. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information at registration and to maintain the accuracy of such information throughout the lifetime of your account. ra777 reserves the right to suspend or close any account where registration information is found to be false, misleading, or incomplete.

Account Responsibilities

3.1 Credentials Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your ra777 login credentials — including your username, password, and any one-time passwords (OTPs) sent to your registered mobile number. ra777 will never ask you for your password via any channel. Any activity conducted under your account credentials is deemed to be authorised by you unless you have notified ra777 of unauthorised access.

3.2 Unauthorised Access. In the event that you suspect unauthorised access to your ra777 account, you must notify our support team immediately via live chat or by emailing [email protected]. ra777 cannot be held liable for losses arising from unauthorised access where the breach resulted from your failure to maintain credential security.

3.3 Account Sharing Prohibited. Your ra777 account is strictly personal and non-transferable. Sharing your account with any third party, or allowing any third party to use your account, is prohibited. ra777 may suspend or terminate accounts where evidence of account sharing is identified.

3.4 Accurate Contact Details. You must maintain a current and accessible Pakistani mobile number on your account at all times. This number is used for OTP-based login verification, withdrawal confirmation, and account recovery. Failure to maintain accessible contact details may delay withdrawal processing.

Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. ra777 currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment channels: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank transfer, Visa debit card, and Mastercard debit card. All transactions are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). ra777 does not impose foreign currency conversion charges; all balances are held and transacted natively in PKR.

4.2 Minimum Transaction Amounts. The minimum deposit amount is PKR 200 for mobile wallet channels (JazzCash, EasyPaisa) and PKR 500 for bank transfer and card channels. The minimum withdrawal amount is PKR 500 for mobile wallet channels and PKR 1,000 for bank transfers. ra777 reserves the right to amend minimum transaction thresholds with reasonable notice.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests are processed subject to satisfactory completion of KYC verification. For fully verified accounts, ra777 targets JazzCash and EasyPaisa withdrawals within ten (10) minutes of request submission during normal operating conditions. Bank transfer withdrawals are targeted for same-business-day processing. Processing time targets are not contractual guarantees and may be affected by technical factors beyond ra777's direct control.

4.4 Source of Funds. All funds deposited into your ra777 account must be from payment instruments registered in your own name and must constitute legally obtained funds. ra777 reserves the right to request source-of-funds documentation in compliance with applicable anti-money-laundering obligations.

Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms. All bonuses, promotional credits, cashback offers, and free-bet allocations made available through ra777 are subject to the specific terms attached to each individual promotion. Players are strongly advised to read the complete promotion-specific terms before opting into any bonus offer. In the event of any conflict between a promotion-specific term and these general Terms, the promotion-specific term shall prevail with respect to that promotion.

5.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus funds and any winnings generated from bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements. The applicable wagering multiple, eligible games, time limits, and any maximum withdrawal amounts derived from bonus play are specified in each promotion's dedicated terms page, accessible from the Promotions section of your ra777 account dashboard.

5.3 One Bonus Per Transaction. Unless explicitly stated otherwise in a promotion's specific terms, only one bonus may be applied per deposit transaction. Players may not stack multiple bonuses on a single deposit.

5.4 Bonus Abuse. ra777 actively monitors bonus usage patterns. Practices including but not limited to systematic low-risk wagering designed solely to satisfy wagering requirements ("bonus farming"), collusion to split bonus winnings across multiple accounts, and arbitrage exploitation of bonus structures are strictly prohibited and will result in forfeiture of bonus funds and associated winnings.

5.5 Bonus Expiry. Unclaimed bonuses and bonus funds not wagered within the promotion's stated validity period will expire automatically and cannot be reinstated. ra777 does not extend bonus validity periods except at its sole and absolute discretion in exceptional circumstances.

Game Rules & Fairness

6.1 RNG Certification. All Random Number Generator (RNG) driven games available on ra777 — including slot machines, virtual table games, crash games, and colour prediction games — operate on certified RNG systems that have been independently tested and approved by accredited testing laboratories. Outcomes are genuinely random and cannot be influenced by ra777, the game provider, or the Player.

6.2 Live Dealer Games. Live dealer games at ra777 are operated using physical cards, wheels, and dealing equipment in purpose-built studio environments. While ra777 endeavours to maintain continuous live game availability, scheduled maintenance, technical difficulties, or force majeure events may result in temporary interruptions. In the event of a disconnection during a live game, ra777's game server records shall be the definitive reference for round outcomes.

6.3 Sports Betting. Sportsbook wagers on the ra777 platform — including cricket (PSL, international fixtures), UFC, football, kabaddi, and other sports markets — are subject to the specific sports betting rules applicable to each market and event type. Settled outcomes are final once confirmed. ra777 reserves the right to void bets affected by data errors, suspended markets, or force majeure events.

6.4 Malfunction Voids All Pays. In the event of a technical malfunction, software error, or system failure that results in an incorrect game outcome or incorrect odds display, ra777 reserves the right to void the affected bet and return the staked amount to the Player's account. Winnings arising from confirmed malfunctions are not payable.

Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are expressly prohibited on the ra777 platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Registering or operating more than one ra777 account, whether using your own identity or a third party's identity;
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information at registration or during KYC verification;
• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to place bets or interact with the platform without human input;
• Engaging in collusion with other Players to manipulate game outcomes or exploit promotional offers;
• Exploiting software bugs, calculation errors, or display anomalies to gain an unfair advantage;
• Money laundering or using the ra777 platform to process funds derived from criminal activity;
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the ra777 platform software;
• Using the platform while subject to a self-exclusion order or cooling-off period;
• Allowing or facilitating access to the ra777 platform by a person under 21 years of age.

Responsible Gaming

8.1 Platform Commitment. ra777 is committed to providing a safe, responsible, and sustainable gaming environment. We believe that gambling should be a form of entertainment, not a financial strategy or a response to personal hardship. ra777 provides a suite of responsible gaming tools accessible from every registered Player's account dashboard.

8.2 Deposit Limits. Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from the Responsible Gaming section of their account dashboard. Once set, deposit limits take effect immediately. Requests to increase a deposit limit are subject to a mandatory 72-hour cooling-off period before the increase becomes active. Requests to decrease a limit take effect immediately.

8.3 Session Time Reminders. Players may configure session duration alerts that display a notification after a set period of continuous play. This tool is designed to prompt active awareness of time spent gaming.

8.4 Cooling-Off Period. Players may request a cooling-off period of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days via their account dashboard. During a cooling-off period, the account is suspended for gaming and deposit purposes. Existing balances are preserved and may be withdrawn.

8.5 Self-Exclusion. Players who wish to permanently or indefinitely exclude themselves from the ra777 platform may request self-exclusion by contacting support or via the account dashboard. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours. Once self-excluded, a Player cannot create a new ra777 account for the duration of the exclusion period. ra777 will make reasonable efforts to prevent marketing communications from being sent to self-excluded Players.

8.6 Age Verification. ra777 strictly enforces the 21+ age requirement. Players who believe that a minor has accessed the platform using their credentials should contact ra777 support immediately and change their login credentials.

Intellectual Property

9.1 Ownership. All content, software, trademarks, trade names, logos, design elements, graphics, and other intellectual property appearing on or forming part of the ra777 platform are the exclusive property of ra777 or its respective licensors. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right, title, or interest in any ra777 intellectual property.

9.2 Limited Licence. ra777 grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the ra777 platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include any right to reproduce, distribute, display, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any ra777 content.

9.3 Game Provider IP. Games available on ra777 are developed by independent game providers whose intellectual property rights are separately protected. ra777 does not claim ownership of third-party game content and provides access to such games under licence agreements with the respective providers.

Limitation of Liability

10.1 Service Availability. ra777 strives to maintain continuous platform availability but does not warrant uninterrupted or error-free access to its services. Planned maintenance, emergency technical work, third-party service interruptions, or force majeure events may result in temporary unavailability. ra777 is not liable for losses or damages arising from such interruptions.

10.2 Gambling Losses. Gambling involves inherent financial risk. ra777 is not liable for financial losses incurred by Players through normal participation in games, sports betting, or other services offered on the platform. Players engage in gambling activities at their own risk and are advised to only wager amounts they can afford to lose.

10.3 Indirect Damages. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ra777 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the platform, even where ra777 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

10.4 Maximum Liability. In any circumstances where ra777 is found liable to a Player, ra777's maximum aggregate liability shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Privacy & Data

11.1 Privacy Policy. The collection, processing, storage, and use of your personal data by ra777 is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference and forms a part of this Agreement. By accepting these Terms, you also accept the Privacy Policy.

11.2 KYC Data. Personal data provided during KYC verification — including CNIC scans, selfie photographs, and proof of payment method — is collected and retained in compliance with applicable anti-money-laundering regulations and ra777's international licensing obligations. This data is not sold to third parties and is used solely for identity verification, fraud prevention, and regulatory compliance purposes.

11.3 Marketing Communications. By registering on ra777, you consent to receive platform communications, including transactional notifications, balance updates, and promotional offers via SMS or email to your registered contact details. You may opt out of marketing communications at any time from your account settings or by contacting support.

Suspension & Termination

12.1 ra777's Right to Suspend. ra777 reserves the right to suspend or restrict your account at any time, without prior notice, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that you have breached these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or pose a financial, legal, or reputational risk to the platform.

12.2 ra777's Right to Terminate. ra777 may close your account with reasonable notice where: (a) you have materially breached these Terms; (b) the platform is required to do so by applicable law or regulatory direction; (c) you have not logged into your account for a period exceeding twenty-four (24) consecutive months (dormant account); or (d) ra777 decides to discontinue operations in your jurisdiction.

12.3 Player-Initiated Closure. You may close your ra777 account at any time by contacting our support team. Voluntary account closure does not affect obligations already incurred, including pending wagering requirements on active bonuses. Any remaining real-money balance will be returned to your last verified payment method following satisfactory completion of any outstanding compliance checks.

12.4 Dormant Accounts. Accounts with no login activity for twenty-four (24) consecutive months are classified as dormant. ra777 will make reasonable efforts to notify you before applying a dormancy fee. The applicable dormancy fee, if any, will be disclosed in the Fees section of the platform and shall not exceed the account balance.

Amendments to These Terms

13.1 Right to Amend. ra777 reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any provision of these Terms at any time. The most current version of these Terms will always be accessible at ra777.bio/terms-conditions. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this document reflects the date of the most recent revision.

13.2 Notification. Where amendments are material — meaning they affect your rights, obligations, or the cost of using the platform — ra777 will provide at least fourteen (14) days' advance notice via your registered email address or via a prominent in-platform notification visible upon login.

13.3 Continued Use. Your continued use of the ra777 platform following the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those amendments. If you do not agree with any amended Terms, your sole recourse is to close your account and withdraw any remaining balance before the effective date of the amendments.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

14.1 Governing Law. These Terms and any dispute or claim arising from or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which ra777 holds its international gaming licence.

14.2 Internal Complaints Process. 14.3 Escalation. 14.4 Informal Resolution. Before initiating formal legal proceedings, both parties agree to make a genuine attempt to resolve any dispute informally through direct communication for a period of at least thirty (30) days following written notice of the dispute.
